In a quiet location off 68th St. you’ll find a neighborhood of 121 single family homes and soon to be 95 condominiums. 75 of those condos have been built and occupied since 2010+-, 2 will be ready for occupancy in August, 2018, with 21 more being built in the next 2-3 years.

Several floor plans are available with prices starting in the lower $200’s. We include as standard many features others will charge you for like zero step entries, 9’ ceilings, full daylight/view out windows on the lower levels, islands in the kitchen, all kitchen appliances and energy efficiency with an estimated heating budget of $56 monthly. Know we will bend over backwards to give you as many choices for customizing your next home as we can. The next 8 condos will be end units with double walls and 10” of soundproofing between each unit. Waterfront condos start in 2019 and we are taking reservations now.

Summer Shores association dues are among the lowest in the area. Set at $215 for 2018 by an interested Board of Directors (elected by co-owners), the business side of things is contracted out to a top notch, professional management company.
